Internship - Container Fleet Business & Ops Data Analyst

YOUR ROLE

Within the Container Fleet Management Department, you will contribute to the development of a data model, KPIs, and reports to monitor the activity of container depots and identify discrepancies in operational and economic performance.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

You will implement a turnkey BI report shared by the various entities involved in the management of repair depots, in order to enable immediate analysis of their operational and financial performance.

Specifically:

•    You will participate in the analysis of container repair costs across the Group's depots, comparing your results with real-world operations.

•    You will contribute to the implementation of BI reports usable by headquarters, depots, and regional teams.

•    You will be involved in various initiatives aimed at digitizing reports that are currently produced manually.

•    Backed by data, you will help analyze existing processes and produce recommendations for process improvement.

Profile description:

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

•    You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

•    You are currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Management Control, Data Science, or graduated from a Business School or Engineering School.

•    You are proficient with IT and office tools, as well as data analysis tools: Excel, Power BI, Query, Pivot, AI, Copylot.

•    You know how to analyze large volumes of data and interpret figures in a factual manner.

•    You are capable of mapping processes and identifying areas for improvement.

•    You are comfortable with interpersonal communication.

•    You are able to present topics both orally and in writing.

•    Your curiosity and ability to learn will be strong assets for this position.

•    You demonstrate solid analytical skills.

•    You are a good communicator and innovative thinker.

•    A first experience in Data Science or AI would be a plus.

Au sein du Département de Gestion de la Flotte de Conteneurs, vous contribuerez à l'élaboration d'un modèle de données, des KPI, des reportings permettant de monitorer l'activité des dépôts de containers et d'identifier les écarts de performance opérationnelle et économique.

QU'ALLEZ-VOUS FAIRE ?

Mettre en place un rapport BI clé en main commun aux différentes entités intervenant dans la gestion des dépôts de réparation, afin de permettre une analyse immédiate de leur performance opérationnelle et économique.

Concrètement :

•    Vous participez à l'analyse des coûts de réparation des conteneurs dans les dépôts du Groupe, en confrontant vos résultats avec la réalité du terrain.

•    Vous contribuez à la mise en place de rapports BI utilisables par le siège, les dépôts et les régions.

•    Vous êtes impliqués dans différentes initiatives permettant de digitaliser des rapports produits manuellement aujourd'hui.

•    Avec l'appui des chiffres, vous contribuez à l'analyse des processus existants et produisez des recommandations d'évolution de ces processus

QUI RECHERCHONS-NOUS ?

•    Vous parlez couramment l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

•    Vous êtes issue(e) d'une formation supérieure de type Master 2 en Contrôle de Gestion/ Data Science ou d'une Ecole de Commerce / Ecole d'Ingénieur.

•    Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques et bureautiques, ainsi que les outils d'analyse de données : Excel, Power BI, Query, Pivot, AI, Copylot.

•    Vous savez analyser des volumes importants de données et faire parler les chiffres de manière factuelle.

•    Vous êtes capables de cartographier un processus et d'en identifier les points d'amélioration.

•    Vous disposez d'une aisance dans les relations interpersonnelles.

•    Vous savez présenter des sujets à l'oral et à l'écrit.

•    Votre curiosité d'esprit et votre capacité d'apprentissage seront des atouts pour ce poste.

•    Vous faites preuve d'une bonne capacité d'analyse.

•    Vous êtes bon communicant et novateur.

•    Une première expérience en Data Science ou AI serait un plus.
