PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective vehicle delivery activities for various sales areas, dealers, and special projects.

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE

  • Coordinate all vehicle delivery activities with relevant partners, including car terminals, customs agents, and transportation companies, to ensure vehicles are delivered on time to meet sales objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end vehicle lifecycle, from post-production to final delivery.
  • Manage and resolve claims related to transportation or other damage.
  • Monitor and follow up on damaged vehicles on-site, collaborating with all involved parties to ensure timely resolution.
  • Handle fleet operations efficiently and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Follow and manage the logistics budget, ensuring payments are processed in line with internal procedures.
  • Ensure accurate administrative processing of all outbound vehicle orders.
  • Generate and provide detailed reports on port and logistics activities as required.
  • Maintain precise inventory control at all times, implementing robust control mechanisms to safeguard assets.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERTISE

  • Education background in Logistics/Supply-Chain or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience with logistics/supply-chain processes, experience in Automotive industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Advanced, Macro) and basic knowledge of Power BI.
  • Solid written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse parties, team spirit.
  • Strong follow-up skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Perfect command both oral and written in French and English.
  • Driving License .
