TasksWe are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the AI space. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while building long-term relationships with enterprise clients across German-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
- Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in DACH markets.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to C-level and technical stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and align them with our AI-driven SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as needed.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (AI domain preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative sales environment.
- Experience in the contact center industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the AI and B2B SaaS landscape and enterprise sales cycles
- Native or fluent French speaker (mandatory), with excellent English communication skills.
- Experience selling to DACH-region clients is highly preferred.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
