Marketing Intelligence and Data Lead EMEA

En tant qu'Intelligence and Data Lead, vous serez le moteur de la collecte, de l'analyse et de l'optimisation des données CRM au sein de l'équipe marketing Medication Management Solutions EMEA, avec pour mission de transformer ces données en insights stratégiques guidant les décisions marketing, d'assurer leur qualité et fiabilité afin de soutenir une stratégie résolument centrée sur le client, de développer des dashboards et modèles prédictifs pour accompagner la planification pluriannuelle, et de favoriser une véritable culture data-driven grâce à la formation et à la collaboration transversale.
Vos responsabilités principales
Analyser les performances marketing, les lancements produits et les activités concurrentielles.
Soutenir les stratégies de ciblage et d'engagement client par segment.
Piloter l'adoption et la transformation du CRM (Salesforce) à l'échelle régionale.
Créer et diffuser des tableaux de bord, rapports et modèles via Power BI.
Développer une base d'intelligence marché (tendances, concurrents, opportunités).
Former et accompagner les équipes locales et régionales sur les meilleures pratiques CRM et omnicanales.
Votre profil
Diplôme en Marketing, Business, Économie, Statistiques ou domaine connexe.
Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en marketing intelligence, data analysis ou CRM management, idéalement dans le secteur MedTech ou santé.
Maîtrise des systèmes CRM (Salesforce) et des outils de visualisation (Excel, Power BI).
Anglais courant, une langue régionale supplémentaire est un plus.
