Description

The Service Manager will provide support to the existing Service Managers within the IaaS scope and must have a good technical knowledge of OS environments, virtualization (VMware, a big plus on OpenStack), storage and backup.

Objectives and Deliverables

  • Ensures the health of the service and the associated service quality (quality committee, indicators, etc.)
  • Ensures compliance with service level agreements
    (SLA/SLD)
    and customer satisfaction
  • Ensures compliance with production processes and proper coordination of the expertise required for incident resolution

Main Activities

  • Responsible for daily service quality (DSC) associated with a RUN or a functional area within a RUN
  • Responsible for coordinating the expertise required for incident resolution

  • Knowledge of the tool Metis (ServiceNow)
  • Comfortable communicating orally (English and French)
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Proficient in reporting, alerting, and KPI RUN
