Description du poste
Nous recherchons un.e Manager pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes de notre établissement à Reims. À temps plein, vous serez en charge de la gestion d'équipe, du maintien des standards de qualité, et de l'atteinte des objectifs financiers. Vous veillerez à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle tout en supervisant la planification, le contrôle des stocks et le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité. Ce rôle est basé en présentiel et requiert une présence constante sur site à Reims.
Qualifications
- Compétences en gestion d'équipe : Expérience dans la formation, la coordination et la motivation d'équipes pour atteindre des performances élevées.
- Compétences opérationnelles : Connaissance des processus de restauration et capacité à gérer les opérations quotidiennes efficacement.
- Compétences en relation client : Excellentes aptitudes à assurer une satisfaction client exemplaire et à gérer les retours.
- Compétences en gestion : Capacité à analyser les performances, atteindre les objectifs financiers et gérer les budgets.
- Autres atouts : Une expérience en restauration rapide ou hôtellerie serait fortement appréciée. Une bonne connaissance des normes d'hygiène et sécurité est également souhaitée.
