Nous recherchons un profil Field Marketing capable de piloter l'intégralité de la dynamique terrain à travers l'Europe, avec un fort accent sur des événements à haut impact, des expériences pour les dirigeants (C-level) et un alignement étroit avec les équipes commerciales.
Vos missions :
1) Stratégie & Événementielle
Définir le plan annuel de marketing terrain par marché, en étroite collaboration avec les ventes et le board.
Sélectionner et prioriser les événements en fonction du potentiel commercial et de la valeur stratégique.
2) Events :
Événements propriétaires de "Niveau 1" (dîners de dirigeants, ateliers clients).
Événements sponsorisés et conférences de "Niveau 2".
Activations locales avec un fort objectif de ROI.
Piloter les événements de la stratégie jusqu'à l'exécution sur site et le suivi post-événement.
Gérer les budgets, les délais, les prestataires, les lieux et la logistique à travers différents pays.
3) Alignement Revenus (Sales) :
Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables commerciaux et les Account Executives sur chaque marché.
Construire des plans événementiels directement mappés sur les objectifs de pipeline et les comptes clés.
Assurer un ciblage clair avant l'événement, des plans d'engagement sur site et un suivi après l'événement.
4) Coordination Marché :
Adapter les initiatives terrain aux réalités locales
Se coordonner avec les équipes produit, contenu et client pour localiser les messages.
5 ) Reporting
Définir les indicateurs de succès (KPIs) pour toutes les initiatives terrain.
Suivre le ROI, la contribution au pipeline, le coût par opportunité et l'impact qualitatif.
Partager des insights clairs et des recommandations avec la direction.
