You'll be responsible for driving new business growth - identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for the company's refurbishment and repair services. This position is purely focused on new client acquisition, making it ideal for a true hunter who thrives on building business from the ground up. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within key verticals
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Develop strategic sales plans to win both large-scale industrial contracts and smaller refurbishment/remarketing deals

  • Proven experience in B2B new business development or sales, ideally within repair services, refurbishment, reverse logistics, or sustainability sectors
  • A strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate leads, manage long sales cycles, and close high-value deals
  • Experience managing both strategic, long-term contracts and smaller transactional deals
