Job Purpose:

The Senior Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with luxury brands. This role requires strategic thinking, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and the ability to build strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury packaging sector across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead client presentations, pitches, and negotiations, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and service excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and marketing teams to deliver customized packaging solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy and identify potential partnerships.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Mentor and support junior business development team members, where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, account management, or sales within the luxury goods, packaging, or design sectors.
  • Strong network and understanding of the luxury brand ecosystem.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in French and English.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and ability to drive growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage complex projects.
  • High level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 60,000.00€ - 70,000.00€ per year
