We are seeking a results-driven and strategic
Operations Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and business processes.
- Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and operational planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage operational staff to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Experience with process improvement, resource management, and operational planning.
- Proficiency with relevant software tools (ERP systems, Microsoft Office, project management tools).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
