The role:
Manager of Customer Success position
Leading a team of 4 Technical CSMs
80% of this role is management with 20% looking after a few major accounts
Home working contract. 1 day per week in Paris
Salary range from €130k - €140k + 20% bonus + Stock options
Requirements:
3+ years customer success management experience
Experience within a cybersecurity vendor or service provider
Ability to monitor team performance and streamline processes
