et fait également partie de l'équipe du responsable régional de la fabrication de l'expérience client. Il dirige une équipe diversifiée de

professionnels de la qualité rémunérés et horaires, intégrés aux processus de production et d'ingénierie, tout en veillant à établir un partenariat

solide avec la fabrication en mettant l'accent sur la qualité et la sécurité du client. Le QPM représente la voix du client en se concentrant sur les

indicateurs de performance clés externes et internes. Le QPM est le point de contact principal par lequel tous les aspects de la qualité liés à

l'ingénierie, aux modifications de produit, aux fournisseurs, à la production, aux améliorations et aux lancements sont canalisés à travers cette

organisation.
