Depuis le bureau Tech & Product situé à Nantes, tu compléteras l'équipe Helpdesk (2 personnes à Levallois-Perret) afin d'assurer le bon fonctionnement du parc informatique (environ 280 postes).
Tes missions
Pilotage de l'environnement poste de travail : superviser l'installation, le déploiement et la maintenance du parc IT (postes, téléphonie, périphériques, réseau) et garantir un niveau de service optimal.
Administration des accès : gérer Active Directory et la messagerie, renforcer la gouvernance IAM et accompagner l'équipe sur les bonnes pratiques.
Expertise support : résoudre les incidents complexes, sécuriser les diagnostics et faire monter en compétence les membres du pôle.
Coordination des tickets & du parc informatique : garantir la qualité du traitement dans Jira, piloter le cycle de vie des équipements via GLPI et suivre les indicateurs de performance.
Référent sécurité End-User : veiller à la conformité des postes, aux standards de sécurité et contribuer aux audits.
Amélioration continue : optimiser les processus, enrichir le WIKI interne et impulser les bonnes pratiques au sein de l'équipe.
