Global Brands Finance Manager – Prestige
COTY – CDI H/F
Within context of COTY transformation, be part of our
dynamic Global Brands Finance team
: a trusted partner to
influence
strategic decisions, provide effective
performance management
and facilitate
insightful decision making
to the Brand management team.

In this mission you will support the Brand team with
close Business partnering
, providing reporting on the full P&L, performing controlling mission, and challenging your business partners on the costs and financial equation of their initiatives from design (Innovation process, Advertising and Customer Promotion strategy) to production (COGS analysis, ROI assessment, etc.).

In this mission, you will be fully integrated and working closely with key partners from
Supply chain Finance, procurement
to
R&D
.

You will act as the key guardian of financial logic and strict discipline
across the Brand's strategic priorities.
Main Responsibilities

  • Brands Financials ownership
  • Build and track central budgets for your portfolio of Brands; accompany Business partners in their prioritization process and make sure that they play collective in their budget management taking into accounts the optimizations requested in timely manner.
  • Challenge Business teams on single costs for Production, Merchandising, Marketing Materials to ensure that only best efficient choices are made.
  • Understand and educate Marketing teams on the value chain creation for Innovation and on the marketing spends management.
  • Focus on Capex, A&CP and Merchandising investments to drive efficiencies.
  • Drive Gross Margin agenda for Prestige.
  • Build Business cases for new projects.
  • Projects agenda
  • Support Change Management Agenda of COTY and Prestige Division.
  • Participate in any new projects on the Global Brand Team.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of agility and openness about transformation within the team and the Division.

Knowledge & Experience
Qualification: degree in finance with proven track record in Finance positions.
Experience in an industry similar to COTY: fragrance, skincare, make-up or luxury environment B2C/B2B.

  • Close partnering with Business teams (copilot) experience.
  • Sound business judgment and high commercial acumen.
  • Manufacturing Finance experience is a plus.
  • Successfully applied valuation skills and deep understanding of returns' drivers.
  • Skilled in change management and communication throughout.
  • Astute in project execution.
  • Experience with Financial Systems (SAP, ARIBA, PowerBI).

  • Ability to understand big picture/concept and detail.
  • Ability to deliver fast with short deadlines while ensuring accuracy of your deliverables.
  • Advanced in valuation and portfolio analysis.
  • Excellent in Financial management.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated Strategist mindset.
  • At ease with data Analytics (analysis, interpretation, ability to tell a story from figures and to share big picture with key outcomes as well as seep diving into specific points).
  • Capacity to energize teams and play collective (within your team, with other Finance teams and more globally with any partner within COTY organization).
