, agence leader en stratégie de marketing d'influence, nous recherchons un.e responsable du pôle projet qui prendra la tête de l'équipe projets de l'agence et saura nous aider à créer les plus belles campagnes possibles pour nos clients.

LES MISSIONS :

  • Supervision des opérations
    : Management d'une équipe de 6 chef(fe)s de projet / Consultant Influence
  • Gestion des clients clés :
    Gestion opérationnelle des clients clés de l'agence
  • Développement du portefeuille clients
    : Être responsable du développement et de la bonne exécution des opérations d'influence auprès du portefeuille clients de l'entreprise (Rétention)
  • Coordination entre pôle projets & Sales
    : Assurer la coordination entre l'équipe projet & l'équipe commerciale (Stratégique)
  • Maitrise de la rentabilité
    : Gérer et suivre la rentabilité des campagnes

PROFIL RECHERCHE :

  • De formation supérieure (Bac+4/Bac+5) en Communication/Marketing ou cursus universitaire équivalent, vous avez une
    expérience de minimum 2/3 ans sur un poste similaire en régie, en agence d'influence, média ou chez l'annonceur.
  • Expérience minimum de 3 ans dans l'influence
  • Idéalement, vous maîtrisez les outils comme Kolsquare, Favikon....
  • Vous avez de fortes capacités de management
  • Vous avez le sens de l'écoute, de la gestion et de l'organisation ;
  • Vous faites preuves de créativité, de dynamisme et de curiosité ;
  • Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais

  • Entretien physique ou visio
    : Présentation mutuelle, Focus sur vos expériences. Mise en situation
  • Entretien final avec la direction
    : Validation du fit culturel et échange sur la vision du poste.
