Your Job: Head of Publisher Sales - Global
As our
Head of Sales
, you will be a mission-critical leader responsible for delivering our ambitious revenue targets and scaling our global supply acquisition engine. Your role is highly visible, demanding operational rigour, strategic foresight, and exceptional leadership. You will not only manage execution across all exclusive and non-exclusive supply channels but also act as the authoritative voice of our acquisition strategy, bridging the needs of the market with our C-suite vision.
Revenue Leadership & Sales Execution
- Deliver Revenue Targets: Directly accountable for delivering against annual and quarterly revenue targets by managing all sales execution across global exclusive and non-exclusive supply channels.
- Strategic Deal Ownership: Personally lead and own strategic deals in complex new markets or with high-value, ambiguous accounts, setting the standard for commercial excellence and proving out new GTM motions.
- Forecasting & Accountability: Own global sales forecasting, ensuring robust methodology and accuracy. Drive rigorous CRM discipline and operational clarity, partnering closely with the Revenue Operations Manager to guarantee data integrity.
- Team Leadership: Manage Pub Sales Directors and regional teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Alignment & Market Voice
- Internal Advocacy: Be the authoritative 'voice' of the supply acquisition organisation. Articulate clear, data-backed seller needs internally to inform priorities across Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless execution and alignment by collaborating effectively with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Rev Ops, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal etc..
- Executive Insight: Identify strategic market opportunities, synthesise complexity into clear business cases, and advocate for necessary investment and focus to the C-suite and leadership team.
Operational Rigour & Scalability
- System and Enablement Partnership: Partner with the Revenue Operations Manager to enforce necessary CRM discipline and accurate forecasting, and collaborate with the Sales Enablement Manager to ensure the team has the right processes, tools, and training needed to drive growth and efficiency.
- Talent & Scaling: Own hiring strategy, onboarding efficiency, and performance management across your teams
- Market Expertise: Demonstrate a deep operational understanding of the international publisher ecosystem, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, translating this knowledge into scalable sales processes.
Your profile for this job
You are an experienced, operationally focused sales leader driven by building clarity and achieving ambitious growth targets in an international environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive when translating strategic goals into clear, scalable execution plans.
- Experience & Leadership: 8+ years in AdTech sales, with 3–5 years in a team leadership position (managing managers or large regional teams preferred).
- Operational Rigour: Proven background in strong sales management, focused on process enforcement, data-driven execution, and team accountability.
- Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of the publisher acquisition ecosystem and the dynamics of the international AdTech/SaaS market.
- Influencing & Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex operational and market needs effectively to technical teams, RevOps, and the C-suite.
- Strategic Clarity: Proven ability to identify ambiguity and define clear, scalable solutions and processes to drive organisational growth.
