Position Summary
1. Maximize efficient utilization of human resources through the establishment/enhancement/operation of HR policies that corresponds to the company's business strategy.2. Motivate employees and enhance career development through the establishment/enhancement/operation of fair and objective HR policies.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Planning and managing evaluation] Apply evaluation standards to plan and perform the operation plans and analyze evaluation results and distribution ratio.
2. [Planning and managing promotion] Apply promotion standards to plan and perform the operation plans and analyze promotion results and ratio.
3. [Planning and managing rewards/disciplinary action] Apply reward policies and rules for disciplinary actions to operate reward and discipline systems.
4. [Selection and management of core staff] Apply core staff selection and reward standards to select and manage core staff.
Skills and Qualifications
• Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
• Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
