About Construction Division :
Construction is about transforming designs, mockups, and blueprints into productive complex structures. With a broader definition than just building, Construction Job Family covers roles related to Site Operations, Subcontracting, and Commissioning.
About the Job :
- Issue the material management procedures
- Receive, administrate and file shipping documents and material certificates
- Coordinates when necessary and perform unloading at port / inland transportation
- Coordinates all customs activities to ensure proper delivery at Site at due time
- Monitor unloading at Site
- Supervise checking of the conditions of the goods received, quantitively and qualitatively
- Supervise material storage and preservation as required
- Issue OSDs and transport insurance claim notifications
- Liaises with the Field Engineering Manager to palliate any missing material (substitution, replacement, upgrading of spec, …) before purchasing decision
- Perform periodic material inventory
- Initiate selling or surplus material at the time of work completion
About You :
- Technical Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Previous experience on construction site and home-office construction
- Deep understanding of Construction process
- Confirmed Management & Leadership Skills
- Confirmed Interpersonal and influential skills
- Fluency in English
