Job Description
Incident Manager whose mission is to ensure the quality of service delivered to the business lines by developing and implementing appropriate incident management procedures. The Incident Managers role is operational incident management, which means ensuring that priority incidents are managed and addressed in a professional and consistent manner, demonstrating leadership and proactivity to mobilize the necessary expertise to restore service as quickly as possible, while providing clear and regular communication to the impacted business lines. Main activities - Manages the handling and coordination of all priority incidents using ITIL best practices and the processes established at Arval IP.- Leads the organization of investigations and support team operations to quickly restore service and minimize impacts to business lines.- Decide on the implementation of the crisis unit in the event of a major incident affecting business lines and management.- Provides clear and regular communication to the impacted business lines and IT management throughout the incident until full service restoration- Coordinates and adapts communication with local support in the affected countries and the Country Relationship Managers- Prepares and publishes regular reports on priority incidents within the established SLAs and OLAs- Informs support teams of the components of the Incident process throughout Arval IT, to ensure everyones awareness and adherence
