We are seeking a
Business Development Manager
to push our market expansion and commercial growth in France within the
e-cigarette and vaping sector
. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of the French tobacco alternatives market, including distribution channels, regulatory environment, and consumer trends.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy tailored to the French market.
  • Build and manage relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and large retail chains.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure the profitability of local operations.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulations, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand activation, product launches, and promotional campaigns in France.
  • Provide market insights to internal stakeholders regarding product adaptation and packaging requirements.
  • Reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking for French-market sales.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • 3+ years of business development or sales experience in FMCG, vaping, or tobacco-related industries.
  • Proven record of driving sales growth and managing distributor networks.
  • Strong understanding of French vaping/tobacco regulations and consumer landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel frequently within France.
