To support its growth, we're looking for a Business Development Representative to manage Europe.
Your role: A born hunter, you'll unlock as many opportunities as possible
As a BDR, your mission is clear: generate highly qualified leads to accelerate the company's growth.
- Prospect the European market and open new verticals: Identify and contact the right decision-makers through cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify: Conduct precise discovery to ensure prospects meet our criteria.
- You're not just a "meeting pusher": you're the prospect's first sales contact, and your role is key to closing deals
What we're looking for in you
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in SaaS/Tech
- Resilience & competitiveness: You never give up and you know how to overcome objections
- Proficiency with tools: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), Sales Automation (Lusha, Apollo, Kaspr), LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Sales methodology: Good knowledge of MEDDIC, BANT, or SPIN Selling
- You are fluent in English and/or German
