Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled person to support our Neuro and Orthospine product portfolio across France. You will provide scientific and technical support to the commercial team and healthcare professionals (HCPs), promoting the clinical value of our products, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring optimal product adoption in the field. This role is ideal for someone with experience in medical devices, particularly within cranial and orthospine surgery, and who is comfortable working in operating room settings.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support


• Act as the subject matter expert for Neuro and Orthospine products.


• Provide timely and accurate technical support to internal teams and external customers.


• Deliver engaging product training sessions to healthcare professionals and sales representatives, focusing on clinical applications and product features.


• Support surgeons and staff in the operating room during procedures involving Finceramica products, in accordance with product instructions and clinical protocols.

Sales Support


• Collaborate with the commercial team during customer visits and product presentations.


• Highlight the clinical and technical advantages of our product portfolio.


• Gather customer feedback to support product improvements and innovation.


• Monitor product performance and share technical insights to inform commercial strategies.


• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities in the Orthospine segment.

Customer Relationship Management


• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with HCPs.


• Provide on-site support and ensure proper product usage and satisfaction post-sale.


• Act as a key liaison between the company and clinical users.

Compliance & Administration


• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.


• Maintain accurate documentation of field activities, training sessions, and budget-related tasks.


• Support customer payment processes and ensure timely transactions.


• Collaborate in product launches by providing technical feedback and field input.

: This position may involve the handling of sensitive patient health data and must comply with all relevant data protection laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or healthcare-related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the medical device industry, with a focus on Cranial and Orthospine.
  • Prior experience in operating room environments and/or direct clinical support.
  • US residency and willingness to travel frequently across the country.
  • Understanding of medical device regulatory frameworks.

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the International Sales & Marketing Manager.

Functionally reports to the Quality, Regulatory & Clinical Affairs Manager for activities related to clinical studies.

Technical & Professional Skills


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.


• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital communication tools.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.


• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.


• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on clinical value and outcomes.
