A part of a replacement, we are looking for a full-time sales representative for our MILLET brand, committed and passionate about mountain sports.
Entrusted area: German-speaking Switzerland.
Reporting to the International Sales Department, you will be responsible for the development and management of the customer portfolio in your geographical area, made up of the German-speaking cantons.
You Will Be In Charge Of The Following Missions- Prepare and implement the GoToMarket,
- Present and sell our collections (Apparel and equipment, shoes/backpack, sleeping bag)
- Developing the customer portfolio through active prospecting
- Propose and lead commercial operations
- Optimize product visibility at points of sale and promote sell-out
- Ensure the commercial, administrative and financial follow-up of your sector, in collaboration with the customer service based at the head office
- Ensure the follow-up of sales (financing, compliance with delivery deadlines, inventory management)
- Ensure and guarantee compliance with commercial and financial conditions
- Ensure the monitoring and feedback of information from the field internally
- Carry out weekly activity reports
- Track and analyze the season's sales
- Prepare sales forecasts, monitor the annual objectives of the zone
- Provide product training to customers on the dedicated Area
With a higher education, you must have a strong taste for the world of mountain/outdoor sports (products and their distribution).
You have already demonstrated your commercial qualities and your pugnacity in a similar first experience of at least 4 years of managing a commercial sector independently, ideally in the world of sports or consumer goods, with a specialized distribution network.
You master the sales techniques which, combined with your listening skills and your sense of customer service, will allow you to ensure the service expected by our customers.
Autonomy, organization and method will be the necessary assets for the success of this position, as well as a collaborative, constructive and positive state of mind for a perfect integration into the team and relations with the central services
Knowledge of the economic network of the geographical area and distribution networks in the sports/outdoor sector is also expected.
German native or bilingual, a good level of English is essential, and the practice of French could be a plus.
A sensitivity, or even the practice, of our outdoor sports (trail running - hiking in particular) is required.
