We are looking for a qualified professional to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Senior Specialist. Your mission will be to strengthen client relationships and collaboration, achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, and promote the adoption of our solution by providing high-quality, personalized technical and business support.

As a Customer Success Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Provide assistance to our clients in configuring and using the solution
  • Meet defined SLAs and ensure that customer requests are fully resolved to their satisfaction
  • Coordinate client requests by involving experts or relevant services when necessary until resolution, while keeping the client informed at every step
  • Contribute to enriching the customer knowledge base
  • Provide on-site support, training, and resources for event delivery
  • Prepare reports and escalate issues to the relevant managers when needed
  • Work closely as a team with Customer Success Managers

Your skills

  • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to quickly and easily learn new technologies, applications, and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach problems logically and rationally to ensure effective resolution
  • Ingenuity and creativity in problem-solving and idea development
  • Curiosity and passion for learning new skills and topics
  • Agility, strong commitment, and discipline to remain focused
  • Good understanding of the sports, entertainment, and cultural industries
  • Native French. English level B2 required

Your professional experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS products
  • Experience in the ticketing industry
  • Knowledge of SecuTix and its solutions is a major advantage
  • Expertise in using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
