Customer Success Senior Specialist

We are looking for a qualified professional to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Senior Specialist. Your mission will be to strengthen client relationships and collaboration, achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, and promote the adoption of our solution by providing high-quality, personalized technical and business support.
As a Customer Success Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Provide assistance to our clients in configuring and using the solution
- Meet defined SLAs and ensure that customer requests are fully resolved to their satisfaction
- Coordinate client requests by involving experts or relevant services when necessary until resolution, while keeping the client informed at every step
- Contribute to enriching the customer knowledge base
- Provide on-site support, training, and resources for event delivery
- Prepare reports and escalate issues to the relevant managers when needed
- Work closely as a team with Customer Success Managers
Your skills
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to quickly and easily learn new technologies, applications, and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach problems logically and rationally to ensure effective resolution
- Ingenuity and creativity in problem-solving and idea development
- Curiosity and passion for learning new skills and topics
- Agility, strong commitment, and discipline to remain focused
- Good understanding of the sports, entertainment, and cultural industries
- Native French. English level B2 required
Your professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with SaaS products
- Experience in the ticketing industry
- Knowledge of SecuTix and its solutions is a major advantage
- Expertise in using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
