CPA Partner, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé en finance, recherche pour l’un de ses clients, une société en forte croissance et sous LBO dans le secteur de la santé naturelle, un(e) Head of Industrial Controlling en CDI à Paris. Véritable Business Partner du Directeur d'usine et du CFO, vous assurerez les missions suivantes : Reporting, clôture & forecast : supervision des clôtures comptables et analytiques, élaboration et présentation des reportings mensuels (opérationnels et financiers), préparation et suivi des budgets, reforecast et analyse des écarts. Performance opérationnelle : analyse des résultats industriels, pilotage des coûts de revient et des capex, identification des leviers d’efficacité et mise en œuvre de plans d’actions pour renforcer la performance et la profitabilité opérationnelle. Pilotage & outils de gestion : développement et suivi d’indicateurs clés (KPI) et d’outils de pilotage adaptés aux activités industrielles et logistiques. Management & leadership : management de l’équipe contrôle de gestion industriel et coordination avec les directions opérationnelles. Votre profil : Vous êtes diplômé d'une école de commerce, d'ingénieur, ou d'une université de premier plan. Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 7 ans minimum en contrôle de gestion industriel. Vous êtes agile et prêt à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et en forte croissance. Vous avez un esprit d'équipe.
