The intern will report to the PMO. Internship has to be under "internship agreement" and will start in June/July 2026, for 6 months. The internship is based in La Défense, Courbevoie. Your Opportunity As part of the team, the intern will help with gathering information, contribute to the delivery of training material, and support finance adoption (including AI Tools). This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, change management, process optimization, and digital learning strategies. How you will contribute Project Coordination: Assist in formalizing training deliverables Support in preparing and maintaining project documentation (plans, reports, timelines)Update project management tools with progress and status reportsCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items Content and Training Management: Help gather and organize existing finance training materialsAssist in mapping and aligning training materials with business processesSupport the updates and organization of training content into DegreedHelp ensure training materials are easily accessible and user-friendlyParticipate in the digitalization of learning materials using AISupport in documenting all design and methodology deliverablesStakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HR, etc.)Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership Track feedback from stakeholders and assist in addressing concerns Data Analysis and Reporting: Support in analyzing data related to training effectiveness (engagement rates, feedback)Help prepare regular reports on project status and training outcomesAssist in evaluating the success of the training modules post-launchContinuous Improvement: Research best practices in digital learning and process optimization Help develop strategies for the continuous update of training content Help and contribute on ad-hoc projects or subjects depending on the period of the internshipWho you are Currently pursuing a Master degree in Business, Corporate Finance, or related fieldsStrong curiosity and openness to learn Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalFrench and English languages are mandatory; Italian represents a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
