Au sein du département IT , vous êtes rattaché(e) au Responsable IT Omnicanal et aurez les responsabilités suivantes:MISSIONSBUILD (PROJETS)Animer les daily / weekly meetings avec le PO & l'équipe technique (Lead Tech & développeurs)S'approprier les besoins fonctionnelsTraduire les User Stories en spécifications techniquesDéfinir les tests techniques (cas de tests, critères de validation)Prioriser les tâches techniquesSuivre la qualité des livrables avant mise en productionRUN (MAINTENANCE)Gérer les tickets de bugsCoordonner les corrections avec les équipes techniquesSuivre les incidents jusqu'à leur résolutionCONNAISSANCES & COMPETENCESE-commerce (Shopify Plus)Outils PIM / OMSOutils Atlassian JIRA / CONFLUENCECompréhension du fonctionnel pour transcription en fonctionnalités techniques
