Leur mission : aider les équipes municipales à faire face aux défis du quotidien - dépôts sauvages, nuisances, incivilités - grâce à des solutions mobiles, fiables et juridiquement solides. Dans un contexte de forte croissance, l'entreprise recherche un(e) Technical Support Engineer H/F pour structurer et piloter le pôle support, garant de la performance et de la qualité de service sur les plateformes SaaS. Vos missions si vous les acceptez : - Superviser la gestion opérationnelle du support : traitement, qualification et résolution des demandes clients sur différents canaux (tickets, e-mail, chat, hotline). - Garantir la qualité, la rapidité et le suivi complet des incidents, de leur détection à leur clôture. - Coordonner les interactions entre les équipes Produit, QA, R&D et Customer Success, et structurer les processus d'escalade (L1 L2 L3). - Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de performance (SLA, temps de résolution, satisfaction, volume par canal). - Identifier les causes récurrentes d'incidents, proposer des actions correctives et développer les outils de diagnostic, documentation et self-service. - Participer au recrutement et à la formation des futurs membres de l'équipe support, en instaurant une culture de qualité de service et d'amélioration continue. - Promouvoir une approche proactive du support : automatisation, détection anticipée, monitoring et partage de connaissances.
