Au coeur du développement, la holding N4Group coordonne et pilote les stratégies de croissance interne et externe, d'innovation et de performance du groupe. Rattaché(e) directement à la Direction Financière du groupe, vous occupez un poste clé et stratégique et allez découvrir à 360° le rôle de directeur financier. Vous agissez comme une interface essentielle entre les dirigeants et les différents projets du groupe, en assurant le pilotage, l'analyse et la coordination de dossiers à haute valeur ajoutée. Votre champ d'action est transverse, touchant aux domaines stratégique, financier, fiscal, juridique et administratif Vos Missions Principales (Sous la supervision du DAF) : 1. Support direct à la direction financière : - Participer au pilotage opérationnel de la holding et des filiales - Gérer ou superviser la comptabilité de la holding avec le cabinet externe - Contribuer à la préparation des reportings mensuels, tableaux de bord, indicateurs clés et présentations financières pour la Direction. - Aider à la préparation du budget et du PMT. - Mettre à jour les outils Excel et fichiers de pilotage, améliorer les process internes 2. Gestion administrative, juridique et gouvernance - S'assurer de la bonne tenue administrative des sociétés du groupe : - Être l'interface avec les avocats, experts-comptables, CAC et notaires pour le suivi des dossiers en cours. - Contribuer à la mise à jour des dossiers juridiques de la holding et des filiales - Appuyer la direction dans la gestion du calendrier interne 3. Participation aux opérations de croissance externe (M&A) - Intervenir dans le suivi des opérations d'acquisition ou de cession - Participer à la modélisation financière et à la préparation des business plans d'acquisition. - Contribuer à la préparation des présentations internes et investisseurs - Participer à la phase d'intégration post-acquisition : suivi administratif, coordination des flux, rapprochement juridique et financier des entités. - Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance post-acquisition et les engagements contractuels 4. Projets transverses et optimisation - Gérer des mini-projets internes : automatisation d'un reporting, mise en place d'un nouvel outil interne etc - Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles sur des sujets ponctuels de coordination ou de structuration. - Être le point de contact privilégié de la direction financière pour faire avancer les sujets en parallèle. 5. Organisation et communication interne - Aider à la gestion de l'agenda et des priorités du DAF - Rédiger des synthèses, présentations et slides à destination de la direction ou des partenaires. - Contribuer à la communication financière et interne sur les projets, acquisitions, évolutions du groupe. - Agir en véritable chef d'orchestre de l'organisation financière, garant de la bonne circulation de l'information et du respect des délais.
