Êtes-vous un leader passionné par la gestion des installations et l'optimisation des services ? CBRE, leader mondial de l'immobilier, recherche son/sa prochain(e) Regional Facilities Manager pour piloter la performance de nos services sur les sites de notre client. Vos missions principales : * Leadership et Stratégie : Piloter la performance des services FM, en garantissant la qualité, la sécurité et la satisfaction client. * Relation Client : Développer des relations solides avec notre client, ses clients, en dépassant leurs attentes. * Performance et Optimisation : Gérer les budgets, identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et assurer une gestion efficace des partenaires. * Management et Collaboration : Manager et motiver une équipe opérationnelle, tout en collaborant avec d'autres équipes CBRE pour atteindre les objectifs. * Innovation et Proactivité : Être force de proposition pour améliorer l'efficacité des services, la gestion de l'espace et les initiatives. Vos responsabilités clés : * Gestion des contrats et des fournisseurs. * Gestion financière et administrative des sites. * Gestion des déménagements et changements. * Gestion de la santé et de la sécurité.
