Votre mission : Rattaché(e) à la Direction Partenariats & Avant-Vente, vous pilotez l'ensemble du cycle de vente sur votre périmètre. Vos responsabilités clés : - Prospecter, ouvrir et développer des comptes hospitaliers stratégiques (CHU, GHT, cliniques privées, établissements spécialisés). - Naviguer dans des organisations complexes, identifier les bons interlocuteurs et construire des relations de confiance durables. - Mener des cycles de vente à fort enjeu, impliquant décideurs médicaux, pharmaciens hospitaliers, DSI et directions achats. - Mener une stratégie commerciale segmentée par type d'établissement et de besoins. - Représenter Claude Bernard dans l'écosystème hospitalier, promouvoir nos innovations - Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Produit, Scientifique, R&D, Juridique, pour remonter les besoins terrain et nourrir l'innovation. - Assurer un reporting exigeant, structuré et piloté par les KPIs. - Fidéliser les comptes existants, détecter les opportunités d'extension et garantir une satisfaction client exemplaire.
