Nous recrutons un(e) Responsable Grands Comptes (KAM) spécialisé(e) sur le marché des énergies et big sciences, pour couvrir un périmètre France et Europe. Rattaché(e) au Responsable d'équipe marché énergies, vous aurez pour mission de développer et pérenniser la croissance sur un portefeuille de clients stratégiques, en pilotant des projets techniques et commerciaux de grande envergure. Vos défis ? - Établir un relationnel de conance basé sur le long terme avec les clients stratégiques - Développer de nouvelles pistes de croissance en ciblant les grands projets et les opportunités de développements techniques uniques - Diversifier l'activité par l'identification et le développement de prospects à fort potentiels - Mise en avant des propositions de valeurs de l'entreprise et des facteurs clés de succès des solutions proposées - Faciliter le parcours client et accompagner ce dernier durant le cycle décisionnel - Fidéliser les clients sur le long terme - Piloter le plan stratégique de croissance - Renforcer l'expertise technique de la société au travers de la connaissance du marché - Représenter la société et le groupe lors d'événements (salons, conférences) - Utilisation des réseaux sociaux et outil CRM Rythme de travail : 50 % de déplacements.
