En tant que Business Development Manager basé à Bordeaux, vous serez rattaché(e) au Sales Manager au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de Deliveroo sur une zone stratégique, en recrutant et en accompagnant des partenaires à fort potentiel dans la région bordelaise. Vos principales responsabilités incluront : - Identifier et prospecter activement des High Value Leads (restaurants, grocery, supermarchés) à Bordeaux et dans la région Nouvelle-Aquitaine. - Assurer une présence terrain régulière et ciblée afin de développer le pipeline commercial local. - Négocier et signer des partenariats complexes, en maîtrisant les enjeux financiers et contractuels. - Élaborer et présenter des supports personnalisés, adaptés aux besoins de vos interlocuteurs (C-level, directions commerciales/marketing). - Gérer l'intégralité du cycle de vente : prospection, négociation, closing et intégration sur la plateforme. - Piloter et analyser votre P&L pour maximiser la rentabilité des partenaires et atteindre vos objectifs de croissance. - Maintenir un suivi rigoureux dans le CRM et assurer un reporting hebdomadaire précis auprès de votre manager. - Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (Account Management, Marketing, Ops) pour garantir le succès des partenaires bordelais.
