Vous développez et gérez un portefeuille de clients professionnels (cuisinistes, marbriers, agenceurs, architectes d'intérieur) afin de promouvoir et vendre les produits de l’entreprise dans une zone géographique définie : Paris intra-muros, Seine-Saint-Denis (93) et Val-d'Oise (95). Développement commercial : - Gérer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients existants. - Prospecter et développer de nouveaux comptes. - Identifier les opportunités de croissance et assurer la visibilité des produits. - Encourager les visites clients sur le site afin de renforcer la relation commerciale. - Assurer un suivi régulier de l’activité commerciale sur la zone confiée. Suivi client et service : - Veiller à la mise à disposition des outils d’aide à la vente (échantillons, catalogues, PLV). - Suivre les projets clients de l’offre commerciale jusqu’à la livraison et le service après-vente. - Assurer la satisfaction client et le traitement des éventuelles réclamations. - Planifier et organiser les visites clients selon leur potentiel. Analyse et stratégie : - Définir des plans d’action ciblés pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux. - Assurer le suivi et l’actualisation des informations clients dans le CRM. - Travailler en synergie avec les équipes internes (direction, showroom, autres commerciaux) pour maximiser les résultats
