En tant que Customer account Manager / Responsable de comptes digitaux, plusieurs missions vous seront confiées : Fidélisation et satisfaction client - Vous êtes responsable de votre portefeuille et développez des relations durables et de confiance avec vos clients, en assurant leur satisfaction et en favorisant leur engagement à long terme. - À l'écoute de leurs attentes, vous leur proposez les meilleures stratégies digitales et multicanales, adaptées à leurs objectifs. - Vous accompagnez vos clients au quotidien en tant qu'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) : préparation des rendez-vous, suivi des étapes clés de leur développement (renouvellements, nouveaux besoins, bilans, etc.). - Vous êtes garant(e) de la satisfaction de vos clients grâce à vos compétences commerciales : écoute active, analyse, communication, force de proposition. Développement du portefeuille - Vous adoptez une posture de conseil et accompagnez vos clients dans la définition de leur stratégie digitale la plus performante : choix des KPI, sélection et déploiement des leviers (SEO, SEA, SMA, UX/UI, etc.), suivi des performances et optimisations. - Vous identifiez des opportunités de développement via la vente additionnelle de prestations, en collaboration avec nos équipes internes pour proposer des solutions sur mesure, en phase avec les besoins évolutifs de vos clients.
