Nous recherchons un Office and Account Manager dynamique et expérimenté pour gérer et développer les relations avec les clients professionnels, tout en dirigeant une petite équipe interne et en supervisant le bon fonctionnement de notre bureau de Grenoble. Ce rôle combine gestion stratégique des comptes, leadership d'équipe et supervision opérationnelle, garantissant un service client exceptionnel, l'efficacité des processus et la croissance de l'entreprise. Responsabilités principales : -Servir de point de contact principal pour les clients professionnels et leurs clients finaux, en fournissant un service de haute qualité par email et téléphone. -Intégrer de nouveaux clients et assurer un support continu, garantissant la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients. -Gérer et développer une petite équipe, en fournissant orientation, formation et suivi de la performance pour assurer l'excellence opérationnelle. -Superviser le traitement des demandes d'immatriculation de véhicules, incluant la vérification des documents, la facturation et le suivi individuel des dossiers. -Gérer l'archivage numérique des documents, y compris les fichiers sécurisés et cryptés, et traiter la correspondance avec les clients et les autorités. -Préparer, vérifier et suivre les factures, devis et rapports internes ; maintenir des bases de données clients précises. -Collaborer avec les équipes comptables sur les transactions clients et fournisseurs, les rapprochements et les opérations bancaires. -Superviser les opérations du bureau de Grenoble, y compris les fournitures, les ressources et l'administration quotidienne, assurant un environnement de travail fluide et efficace. -Servir d'interlocuteur avec les autorités françaises (ANTS, SIV, SIE) pour le compte des clients si nécessaire. -Identifier les améliorations de processus et mettre en oeuvre les bonnes pratiques pour optimiser l'efficacité opérationnelle et la satisfaction client. -Fournir des analyses stratégiques et des rapports réguliers au Directeur Général sur la performance des clients, les activités de l'équipe et les opportunités de développement commercial.
