Contexte : Au sein du département Marketing Opérationnel - Retail Marketing International, vous serez un soutien au quotidien de la Coordinatrice Retail Marketing International dans l'organisation des événements Retail, sur l’univers Haute-Couture, Horlogerie – Joaillerie, et l’accompagnerez sur divers projets transverses Descriptif : Support opérationnel sur les événements Retail Monde : * Coordination opérationnelle des événements au quotidien entre les équipes du siège et les Zones (divisions produit, studio graphique, visual merchandising, image...) * Coordination logistique de la rotation des collections / roadshow intra zones * Pilotage et suivi des événements avec rédaction de feedbacks quantitatifs, qualitatifs et rapports ROI * Coordination et participation aux grands événements Parisiens (lancements de produits, cocktails, rendez-vous clients...) Outils de communication à destination de la direction et des zones * Réalisation de guidelines d'événements à destination des marchés * Coordination et rédaction des plateformes de lancement et de diverses plateformes de communication à destination des Zones pour l'élaboration des plans d'action (maquettes, simulation d'espace, guidelines opérationnelles, invitations...) * Participation à la mise au point et l'enrichissement des plans d'action marketing annuels * Support créatif et opérationnel sur le développement de nouvelles animations retail clients * Réalisation des rapports mensuels, par collection, par type d'actions
