Senior Account Executive – Paris (Hybrid)Commercial SaaS | Manufacturing / ERPWe're hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing SaaS company operating at the intersection of manufacturing, operations, and intelligent planning software.This is a brilliant opportunity for a closing-focused Account Executive who wants to step into a senior role, work complex deals, and grow with a business that's scaling internationally.The roleYou'll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle — from discovery through to close — working with mid-market and enterprise manufacturing organisations.You'll be selling a high-impact SaaS solution into complex environments, engaging senior stakeholders and helping customers modernise how they plan and operate.What we're looking for3–4 years of aligned sales experience in a closing AE roleProven success running full-cycle sales (discovery → close)Experience selling SaaS solutionsERP experience is a bonusExperience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments is highly desirableComfortable navigating technical conversations and longer sales cyclesBased in or able to commute to ParisWhat's on offer€65,000 base salary€36,000 commission (uncapped)Strong pipeline and real ownership of dealsExposure to international marketsHuge growth potential as the company continues to scaleThe chance to make a genuine impact in a growing sales teamThis role suits someone who wants career progression, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow alongside a product that's solving real problems for complex industries.
