Your Mission As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from the first discovery call to closing - for Enterprise clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our BDR and Marketing teams to convert qualified leads into long-term customers. You’ll spend roughly: 50% of your time working on outbound (meetings booked by BDRs) or marketing-generated leads (MQLs), and 50% on strategic outbound prospecting and account-based initiatives. What You’ll Do Manage the entire sales cycle, from the first conversation to signed contract (2 to 6 months). Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client challenges, KPIs, and recruitment goals. Lead tailored product demos and business presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and HR executives at large companies. Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction. Prospect and closed Enterprise accounts identified as key to Seiza’s commercial strategy. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and pipeline objectives. Keep your sales pipeline organized and up to date in HubSpot (our CRM). Provide product feedback to Marketing and Product teams to improve our value proposition.
