Mission: To develop and lead the national sales strategy for France, driving the achievement of all business objectives, enhancing market position, and ensuring sustainable brand growth and compliance across the entire regional sales network.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning: Formulate and execute the national sales strategy, including setting and reinforcing annual/monthly targets. Develop localized commercial policies and go-to-market plans to drive market share, profitability, and brand growth.Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and develop the national sales team, serving as the primary point of reference and brand ambassador. Foster a high-performance culture across all regions.Channel Network Management: Plan, develop, and optimize the national dealer and distribution channel network. Continuously improve its effectiveness by integrating internal and external resources (e.g., dealer partners).Market & Competitive Intelligence: Provide comprehensive market insights and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities nationwide.Operational Excellence: Oversee dealer operations and supply chain coordination to ensure overall business health. Prioritize brand building and service quality to ensure sound market operations.Customer Focus: Ensure the effective implementation of Customer Satisfaction (e.g., NPS) programs. Treat all customer feedback with maximum priority to enhance experience and loyalty.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all sales activities and operations across the national network are conducted in full compliance with regulations and company policies, proactively managing operational risks.Qualifications & Requirements:Education & Skills: Bachelor's degree required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French are essential for the French market.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience, preferably within a dealer group or a car brand company. Proven experience in a managerial role overseeing multiple regions or a national sales team is required.Personal Drive: Thrives under pressure, is results-oriented, and possesses a strong sense of achievement from reaching ambitious goals.Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships internally and externally.Professional Qualities: Possesses strong market acumen, a pioneering spirit, and passionate tenacity to navigate challenges and seize growth opportunities.
