**Key Role & Responsibilities**
- Establish Nova Biomedical as a leading Blood Gas, Critical Care and POC testing provider in France.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Sales Organisation of Nova Biomedical France.
- Present the company's new product offerings and provide information on the competition.
- Continuously develop the Sales Organisation, building a high performing team.
- Develop and execute business plans to deliver profitable growth, in line with company expectations.
- Provide all the necessary support to the sales team to facilitate the achievement of sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in Marketing and Customer Support to ensure goals are met.
- Coordinate and supervise all commercial activities in France, whilst abiding to all corporate compliance rules.
- Carry out regular field sales visits to customers to support sales activities and coach the Sales Organisation.
- Responsible for the reporting of sales activity into the CRM system.
**Qualification** and Experience**
- Clinical laboratory experience, ideally in biochemistry, preferably with a degree in life sciences.
- 10 years of experience in the in vitro diagnostics sector.
- At least 5 years of sales management experience.
- Fluency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking) is essential.
- Located less than 40 km from the French office of Nova
- A driving licence and a good driving record are required.
- High level of competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
