I am currently partnered exclusively with a leading company in the Personal Care Chemicals industry. We are currently in search of an experienced Sales professional with expertise in the Personal Care Chemicals industry. *This is a remote position, looking to onboard ASAP.* Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical product sales, preferably in personal care. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.Fluent in French and English. Located near a major international airport. Proven track record in value capture and sales excellence. Responsibilities: Drive sales and gross margin growth for assigned segments, customers, and territories.Develop and execute account strategies aligned with business goals. Build, manage, and grow new and existing customer accounts. Actively participate in the company's Commercial Excellence Program. Resolve customer issues and manage situations to maintain trust. Provide insights for commercial alignment and prepare sales forecasts. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive commercial excellence. Travel: Approximately 50%, including day trips and overnight travel. Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit with strong collaboration abilities. Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent communication, both written and oral. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Fast and proactive customer support.
