MISSION: The Account manager's mission is to achieve the commercial objectives by promoting Set Top Box and Broadband CPE solutions in the account supported. The account manager drives commercial business that fulfilling the Company business model. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: 1. Strategy factors: Proposes, communicates and implements the Sales strategy for selling OLT, DWDM, ONT, CPE, Set Top Box. Responsible for orchestrating solutions and strategies to complete strategic missions, and realize strategic breakthroughs in key markets and projects Responsible for target implementation in terms of global order, revenue, gross profit, and strategic missions Maintains Accounts strategic plans that clearly identify business potential, short and mid term opportunities and competitive analysis. 2. Relations with end-customers: Maintains a thorough knowledge of accounts supported. Influences the Key accounts in their strategic choices regarding their communication needs. Actively promotes most adapted solutions to solve customers' needs Negotiates frame agreement or referencing whenever appropriate. Develops end user marketing campaign and works jointly with marketing on implementation 3. Relations between the department and the rest of the team & cluster. Coordinates and reports activities around its accounts/sectors such as projects, events communication. Maintains tight relations with cluster by reporting and contributing to global projects or programs. NEEDED DEGREE/TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Successful track record on set-top box, broadband CPE, and Wi-Fi CPE with Tier 1 operators or large account 10 years' experience minimum in this related industry At ease with matrix based organizations.
