Poste de Responsable d'Affaires VPUDans le cadre du développement de ses activités en vidéo protection urbaine (VPU), l'entreprise recherche un(e) Responsable d'Affaires capable de piloter des projets de bout en bout. Vous êtes le point central entre le client, les équipes internes et les partenaires externes. Vous gérez les affaires dans leur globalité, avec une vraie responsabilité sur la performance technique, financière, humaine et sécuritaire.Vos responsabilités 1. Pilotage global des projets • Analyse des besoins des collectivités ou clients privés• Études de faisabilité technique et définition des solutions adaptées• Rédaction du cahier des charges technique• Planification des travaux et allocation des ressources• Coordination des équipes internes et des sous-traitants• Suivi global des délais, de la qualité et des engagements2. Gestion financière et administrative • Chiffrage des projets et élaboration des offres commerciales• Réponses aux appels d'offres publics et privés• Suivi budgétaire, marges, achats et coûts• Gestion contractuelle et respect des engagements• Facturation, suivi des règlements et clôture financière des affaires3. Suivi technique des installations • Supervision des études techniques (schémas, plans, réseaux, implantation des caméras)• Suivi des travaux terrain :o Installation de caméraso Réseaux fibre et cuivreo Serveurs, VMS et équipements associés• Contrôle du respect des normes et réglementations :o CNIL, RGPDo Cybersécuritéo Exigences sûreté• Organisation et validation des recettes techniques et fonctionnelles4. Relation client et accompagnement • Présentation des solutions techniques avec pédagogie• Suivi de la satisfaction client tout au long du projet• Animation des réunions de chantier, COPIL et visites techniques• Conseil sur l'exploitation des CSU / PC de vidéoprotection• Gestion des ajustements et demandes complémentaires5. Management et coordination • Encadrement et animation des équipes projets• Planification et organisation des interventions• Pilotage des sous-traitants• Application stricte des règles de sécurité sur les chantiersProfil recherché • Formation supérieure en génie électrique (BAC +3 à BAC +5) • Expérience confirmée sur un poste similaire (VPU, courants faibles, infrastructures, sûreté)• Solide culture chantier, projet et client• Capacité à gérer plusieurs affaires en parallèleCompétences techniques • Maîtrise du Pack Office • Utilisation professionnelle d'AutoCAD • Bonne compréhension des architectures VPU, réseaux et systèmes de sûreté Condition additionnelle • Permis B indispensable (déplacements sur chantiers)
