Responsable Industrial Controlling & Business Partner H/FLead the Industrial Controlling team for ECS & Food Home & Personal Care. Act as a strategic business partner to Supply Chain and Manufacturing, driving financial visibility, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of industrial controllers.Ensure P&L accountability, support decision-making, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.Maintain compliance, internal controls, and champion digital finance initiatives.Requirements:Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field.5+ years in industrial controlling (international experience a plus) with proven team management experience.Strong knowledge of IFRS, SAP FI/CO; PowerBI a plus.Leadership, analytical skills, and digital finance mindset.Fluent English; other languages a plus.Shape strategy, optimize costs, and foster a culture of performance and innovation.Location: Europe du Sud
