Customer Service Representative

One of our most exciting clients (global pharma leader) are currently looking for a reliable and organised individual to support on-site operations in a scientific / laboratory environment.This role is mainly coordination and administrative support, working closely with external visitors and service providers to ensure site procedures are followed correctly.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcoming and escorting visitors and suppliers on-siteCoordinating access and ensuring required documentation is in placeManaging visitor records and associated administrative tasksSupporting with document control and archivingAssisting with general coordination of on-site activitiesEnsuring compliance with health, safety and quality proceduresRequired ProfileSome experience or familiarity with a laboratory or technical environmentPrevious customer service, coordination, or administrative experienceFluent in FrenchFull, valid driving licenceAvailable to start immediatelyAlready set up, or willing to set up as a freelancerThis role would suit someone junior or early in their career who is comfortable in an on-site support position and enjoys structured, administrative work.About Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
