Driving & Passenger HandlingOperate company vehicles (V-Class vans, minibuses, coaches) safely and professionallyRoute planning and managementTransport tourists, corporate clients, and groups as per daily schedulesRecruit and Manage Drivers and their rostersManage all transport records and manage vehicles maintenance2. Route Planning & ManagementPlan and execute optimal routes considering traffic, distance, tolls, and city restrictionsCoordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules for airports, hotels, attractions, and intercity transfersAdjust routes in real-time to manage delays, road closures, or weather conditionsEnsure compliance with low-emission zones, city permits, and parking regulations3. Fleet & Vehicle ManagementConduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, tyres, brakes, cleanliness)Ensure vehicle cleanliness and readiness before each tripReport maintenance issues immediately and coordinate servicing schedulesMaintain vehicle logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption data on systems or software (No offline data)4. Compliance & DocumentationAdhere to EU and country-specific transport lawsEnsure compliance with:Driving hours & rest regulationsLocal licensing requirementsInsurance and vehicle documentationCarry and present required permits, route sheets, and passenger manifests5. Coordination & CommunicationLiaise with:Transport coordinatorsTour guidesHotels and airportsUpdate operations team on trip status, delays, or incidentsUse GPS, route-planning tools, and dispatch systems effectively6. Safety & Service QualityFollow all safety protocols and emergency proceduresEnsure passenger comfort and satisfaction throughout the journeyHandle complaints or issues professionally and escalate when requiredRequired Qualifications & SkillsMandatoryValid European driving license (Category B / D / D1 as applicable)Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fleet management Good knowledge of European road networks and city drivingBasic English communication skills (additional languages an advantage)PreferredExperience in tourism or holiday transport operationsKnowledge of route planning software / GPS systems Familiarity with airport operations and hotel logisticsCustomer service experiencePersonal AttributesPunctual, disciplined, and safety-orientedCalm under pressure and adaptable to schedule changesStrong sense of responsibility and professionalismPresentable and customer-focusedWork ConditionsFlexible working hours including weekends and holidaysLong-distance and intercity driving may be requiredShift-based operations during peak tourist seasonsKPIs / Performance IndicatorsPassenger satisfaction feedbackVehicle maintenance complianceFuel efficiency and route optimization
