THE OPPORTUNITY – CONTEXT OF THE MISSIONS

Mechanical activation of clay is a key pathway for developing low-carbon cementitious materials. Joined to our R&D team, you will focus on clay mechanical activation.

MISSIONS:

As part of this internship, you will conduct research on clay mechanical activation through:

Literature Review :
- Conduct a comprehensive literature review on clay mechanical activation mechanisms for low-carbon cement.
Experimental & Laboratory Testing :
- Design and execute laboratory test.
Technical Reporting:
- Consolidate findings, write detailed technical reports, and present progress to the R&D team.

ABOUT YOU

REQUIRED SKILLS

Hard skills:
- Proficiency in experimental testing, material characterization, and data processing.
Soft skills:
- Analytical mindset and scientific rigor
- Autonomy in conducting literature reviews and lab experiments
- Good communication skills to present technical results clearly
Languages: Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)

EDUCATION LEVEL / TRAINING

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Mineralogy, Materials Chemistry, Geochemistry or Process Engineering

Duration: 6 months
