Overview
Business Purpose & Value Contribution
The Content Marketing & Communication Intern supports the Corporate Marketing team in producing and promoting customer-centric content across our channels. The role is built around one core mission, customer content, and three supporting missions: social media, brand assets and internal communication.
You will work alongside the Content Manager and report to the Senior Communication Manager, who acts as your tutor. You will be given real projects with a clear scope, regular feedback and a defined learning path. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who wants to combine storytelling, social media and brand communication in an international B2B software company.
- Customer content and storytelling (about 35% of your time)
Support the Content Manager in building a scalable library of customer success stories, testimonials, references and proof points.
- Audit existing customer stories, case studies and testimonials across countries and business units, and help structure a centralised repository.
- Identify new story opportunities with local marketing managers, sales and customer success teams (innovation, digital transformation, sustainability, major construction, engineering and manufacturing projects).
- Prepare interview guides and take part in customer interviews in English and/or French, in tandem with the Content Manager, then capture challenges, solutions, measurable results and quotes.
- Draft customer stories, case studies and testimonials, and coordinate reviews and approvals with stakeholders.
- Publish and update customer stories on the Graitec websites (CMS) in line with the new brand guidelines, and coordinate localisation with regional teams.
- Repurpose customer content into social posts, quotes, slides, event content, sales enablement assets and 40th anniversary and thought leadership campaigns.
Outcome: a centralised, up-to-date library of customer proof and a steady flow of high-quality stories that support the 40th anniversary, the brand transformation and sales enablement.
- Social media and community management (about 30%)
Support the Senior Communication Manager in running Graitec's presence on LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Draft, proofread and publish English-language posts in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Monitor conversations, trends and campaign performance (social listening, Meltwater) and contribute to weekly and monthly KPI reporting with actionable insights.
- Support community management: monitor audiences, engage in the comments and moderate.
- Run competitive benchmarking and industry monitoring to identify best practices and opportunities.
- Contribute to the elaboration of the content calendar for social media, and contribute ideas for content and campaigns in team meetings.
Outcome: a consistent publishing rhythm, reliable reporting and a clearer view of what works on each channel.
- Brand assets and visual support (about 20%)
Support the rollout of the new brand platform and keep Graitec's visual assets consistent.
- Adapt and update presentations, templates and corporate documents to the new brand guidelines (PowerPoint, Adobe Express).
- Create social visuals and simple marketing assets, and make layout and graphic adjustments as needed.
- Handle day-to-day internal requests related to brand and communication materials, tracked in monday.com.
- Organise and maintain the photo library and make templates and visual assets easy to find internally.
Outcome: up-to-date, accessible brand assets and faster turnaround on everyday requests.
- Internal communication (about 15%)
Support the Senior Communication Manager in keeping Graitec employees informed and connected across countries.
- Source topics, write and edit articles for the monthly internal newsletter, published on GNET.
- Write short-format internal content (flashes, micro-learnings) and help move recurring updates into these formats.
- Help write and source information for internal initiatives, including the internal relay of the 40th anniversary programme.
- Contribute to the elaboration of the internal content calendar (newsletter, flashes, key company moments).
- Collect feedback and basic engagement figures to help improve internal formats.
Outcome: a regular, readable internal communication rhythm and better visibility of key company moments for employees.
