Descriptif du poste

Within the Investment Banking Growth team, you will contribute to the transformation of our sell-side businesses across Markets, Research & Sales and Corporate Finance, with a particular focus on Data & AI. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping steer transformation programmes, engage business teams and turn new AI and data capabilities into concrete use cases and solutions.

1.Programme steering and communication

• Consolidate key information across workstreams and help track priorities, progress, decisions and next steps.

• Conduct targeted research and analysis to support programme orientations and decision-making.

• Prepare presentations and syntheses for steering committees, workshops and senior-management discussions.

2.Business engagement and AI acculturation

• Help business teams understand how data and AI solutions can support their activities and workflows.

• Collect user needs and feedback, and translate them into relevant analytics, AI use cases or functional requirements.

• Support testing, training and knowledge-sharing activities around new solutions.

3.Initative delivey

• Deliver specific analyses, prototypes, tests or project outputs in collaboration with business, data and technology teams.

• Contribute to topics spanning data analytics, visualisation, AI-enabled workflows and AI engineering.

The role is based in Paris or Frankfurt while collaborating with international teams across Europe and Tunisia.

Profil et compétences recherchées

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree at a leading business school, engineering school or university, with a strong academic track record.

• Strong interest in Investment Banking, Data & AI and business transformation, with curiosity about how technology can reshape business workflows.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and turn analysis into clear recommendations.

• Able to move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, from structuring a transformation topic to building or testing a concrete solution.

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

• Familiarity with data visualisation, analytics, AI tools or coding is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise and senior-management-ready materials.

• Proactive, curious and hands-on, comfortable working across different topics and collaborating with business and technology teams.

• Fluent in English and French or German.
